Synergy Applications HYDRO-MAG is a fully automated coolant
filtration system designed to separate ferrous material, dirt,
grindings, way oil, swarf from your industrial liquid coolant.
The HYDRO-MAG runs at a rate up to 30 gallons per minute! The
system can remove all contamination down to one micron from
your liquid coolant. The system operates on 110-120 vac and
your shop air. |

FEATURES:
- An 8 1/2" x 9 1/4" magnetic
drum with a unique floating wiper that removes up to 99% of
all ferrous material.
- Electronic pressure switches
that automatically switch over from the #1 filter to the #2
filter without shutting down the system. An illuminated
panel light will indicate this function.
- A central and remote alarm
system to indicate that the HYDRA-MAG is close to by-pass
mode. The by-pass feature is there to insure you will never
be out of coolant.
- Two Synergy Applications SF
180-50 single bag filter housings with 5-micron polyester
bags.
- A Wilden® PRO-FLOTM air operated self-priming pump.
