Synergy Application's magnetic separator is designed to be a stand alone unit to immediately be put inline or as an integral part of a filtration system. This powerful separator filters particles down to 5 microns and can handle flow rates up to 30 GPM. Our magnetic separator produces a constant attractive force due to alignment of the internal disc magnets. This desirable feature produces a uniform rate of separation in comparison to bar magnets set in a drum that have a magnetic flux with the variable extraction rates.

The magnetic separator is contained in a heavy duty stainless steel 304 housing. It is built to last in the most rugged industrial setting. The separator is driven by a continuous duty motor that is designed for 24/7 use.

The most common applications lie in the metal working and machining sectors. It is often used as an inline pre-filter or in conjunction with other filtration components as part of a system for ferrous material removal. It is a shop floor favorite, known as a powerful pre-filter that requires little handling and significantly reduces the consumption of expensive polishing filters.
