Synergy Applications continues to pioneer the filtration industry with the development of the Clamp Ring, or CR Series Filter Vessel. The clamp ring design offers added security from blow-outs and allows for fast and easy filter bag change out.
Lid Safety and Removal - The CR Series Vessel has an aluminum lid construction. This reduces the lid's overall weight as compared to a heavy steel lid. The lid also contains the filter vessel's seal, eliminating the misplacement or misalignment of it during filter bag replacement. The clamp cannot be closed unless the lid and seal are properly aligned, thus eliminating the risk of pressure leaks or dangerous blow-outs.
Another benefit of the CR Series Filter Vessel over other designs is the quick filter media change-out-time. This reduces down-time allowing the operator to focus on production. The CR Series Filter Vessel combines many of Synergy's features and benefits providing the highest level of industrial quality.
